2. Information we collect

• Details you give us: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, class/board and messages you send.
• Payment information is processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do NOT store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Usage data: pages visited, buttons clicked, device and browser information, collected through cookies and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads tag and Meta Pixel.

3. How we use your information

• To contact you about batches, enrolment, class schedule and doubts (call, SMS, WhatsApp, email).
• To give access to live classes, recordings and study material.
• To process payments and send confirmations.
• To improve our website and to measure and show relevant ads on platforms like Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.

We send WhatsApp updates only if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop them anytime by replying "STOP" or messaging us.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run our classes: payment gateway (Razorpay), communication (WhatsApp), class/video platforms, and analytics/advertising providers (Google, Meta), or when required by law.

5. Students under 18

Many of our students are under 18. If you are under 18, please share your details and enrol with the consent of your parent or guardian. Parents can contact us to view, correct or delete their child's data.

6. Data storage and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for classes, support, legal and accounting purposes, and take reasonable steps to protect it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by writing to commercerama@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time as required under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
